Rates & Policies
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS:
The maximum number of guests for the Cowboy and Hunting Cabin are 6 guests (regardless of age). The maximum number of guests for the Ranger Station is 5 guests (regardless of age). Failure to comply will result in a charge.
Guests will be charged by credit card on file for any damages to or excessive trashing of the facilities occurring either inside or outside.
RESERVATIONS:
Two night minimum stay required. Some holidays have a minimum three night stay.
Reserve your visit with credit card for the total amount due at the time of booking. Arrival and checkin details will be delivered via email confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made and confirmed 7 days prior to arrival for refund – less a $25.00+TAX cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days will be charged the full amount unless we are able to rent the cabin to someone else. This is regardless of weather or circumstance.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Self check in after 3 pm. – information will be provided in your confirmation letter.
Check out: 11 a.m. Wash all dishes before you leave – you may leave them in the dish drainer. Place trash in green trash container near the entrance.
PARKING VEHICLES & TRAILERS
Maximum of 3 vehicles and 3 trailers per cabin. Parking is only for those staying at the cabins. No “friends” parking for vehicles, trailers, or RV's.
ATV’s
ATV’s may be unloaded on the property but NOT driven on the property. Our insurance does not allow ATV’s to be ridden on the property and we do not want the property tracked up. Guests may access Crossbar Ranch ATV Park on the county road if their vehicles are street legal - for additional information on this we will be glad to discuss with you over the phone, through email, or text.
FIRE PITS & GRILLS
Campfires only in designated fire pit areas. Do not leave fires unattended; extinguish before leaving even if for a short time. Observe Oklahoma burn bans. Charcoal grills are provided. Dump charcoal ashes in fire pit.
RECOMMENDED ITEMS TO BRING: charcoal and lighter fluid and paper towels. We have dish satellite with limited channels. We sometimes have firewood available, but not always. Good idea to bring your own.
NO SMOKING inside cabins - this includes marijuana. When smoking on porch please assure the cabin doors and windows are closed. Failure to comply will result in $150 fee to credit card on file. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
NO PETS of any kind on the property. Failure to comply will result in a $150 fee to credit card on file.
WARNING:
No hiking or trespass on the adjacent zipline property. Do not climb on zipline towers located on the property.
Beware of snakes, fire ants, ticks, chiggers, etc.
ALSO:
We reserve the right to evict any guest without refund for improper behavior or breaking Horseshoe Springs Cabins policies.
We are not responsible for losses and accidents that occur during your stay.
DIRECTIONS: 2160 Dolese Road, Davis, Oklahoma. NOTICE – do not trust your GPS – depending on the system you are using, it will NOT take you to the correct location. Directions are:
From I-35, take exit 55 to Hwy 7 West
Go 1 mile to a big yellow DOLESE sign. Turn left/south.
Horseshoe Springs Cabins are located on the right - 2.1 miles south on this road. (Do NOT turn into the Dolese plant – keep going straight).
